The Richland Area Chamber has partnered with Richland County and the City of Mansfield to launch the Richland County/Mansfield COVID-19 Small Business Emergency Relief Grant program, which provides grants for small businesses to help pay costs associated with business interruption due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Businesses with 2-20 FTEs can apply for up to $7,500; businesses with less than two FTEs can apply for up to $2,500.
The grant applications are DUE by 11:59 p.m. this coming Sunday, September 13, 2020, and are open to businesses anywhere in Richland County and the Village of Plymouth. Businesses do NOT have to be Chamber members to receive grants, but must meet the following requirements for consideration:
•Employs 20 FTEs or less (for purposes of this grant 1 full-time employee = 1 FTE; 1 part-time employee = 1/2 FTE)
•$1.5M or less in revenue in 2019
•Cannot be a real estate holding corporation or a pass through entity
•Businesses must meet the eligibility requirements outlined on the Chamber’s grant page.
